Art Ives has competed and coached successfully at running distances from 100 meters to 100 miles. The Way of Running is a comprehensive program designed to create lasting positive changes in a client’s movement awareness, physical capability, and mental attitude. Art believes that “The thing that distinguishes a great runner is the ability to relax at high speeds.” At the heart of running with skillful means is the ability to release muscle tension.
